Measuring workplace abuse is the first step to stopping it. Nicole DeKay is an industrial organizational psychologist that specializes in measuring harm at work. Dr. DeKay's Adverse Work Experiences framework brings Adverse Childhood Experiences into the workplace. Recognizing that what happened to us as children, impacts us as adults at work too, she started her doctorate in 2018, leaving a career in aerospace marketing and sales after successfully launching the largest new business development program at one of the largest companies in the world.

Our Location

Work offices are located in the top five floors of one of the city’s premier office buildings. Designed for maximum breathing room, each floor is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. There is plenty of parking in the vicinity, and our offices are easily accessible by all forms of public transportation. Anyone arriving by bicycle or scooter is invited to lock up their vehicle inside, protecting it from the elements.

With a PHD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Nicole is highly accredited in measuring, analyzing, and understanding the workplace experience, and she combines her intellectual expertise with a decade of experience launching internal businesses and driving organizational transformation to bring actionable, data-driven insights to all Humanalysts’ clients.

While at Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company, Nicole launched the used parts program valued at $3B before quitting to pursue her education in people science.

Now, Nicole is focused on helping small and medium-sized companies grow in the same innovative ways by building a safe and secure workplace for their employees.
